Last updated: 21 May 2026.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of House of Stewards, including our website, member pages, community features, subscriptions, one-off event tickets, special events, curated introductions, and in-person gatherings.
House of Stewards is operated by Stewards House Limited, Hong Kong (“House of Stewards”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, registering for an event, purchasing a ticket, attending a gathering, or using any House of Stewards service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services, purchase a ticket, subscribe, or attend any House of Stewards event. You should also review our Privacy Policy.
1. About House of Stewards
House of Stewards is a curated, faith-based community and event organiser. We host small-group gatherings, regular meetups, special events, curated introductions, and related community experiences designed to help members and attendees meet, connect, and have meaningful conversations.
We provide curated community experiences only. We do not guarantee any specific personal, social, professional, relational, spiritual, emotional, commercial, or other outcome from your participation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use House of Stewards, purchase tickets, subscribe, or attend our events.
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;
- You will use House of Stewards for personal and lawful purposes only;
- You will comply with these Terms and any event-specific instructions.
House of Stewards reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, cancel, or remove any account, registration, ticket, subscription, or attendee at our discretion where we consider it necessary to protect the quality, safety, integrity, or intended experience of the community.
We are not required to provide detailed reasons for any approval, rejection, suspension, cancellation, or removal.
3. Accounts and Member Pages
You may need to create an account or access a member page to register for events, manage bookings, cancel eligible registrations, view community features, or access subscription benefits.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You must not:
- Share your account with others;
- Create false, misleading, or duplicate accounts;
- Use another person’s account;
- Misrepresent your identity, background, or intentions;
- Use the member page or community features for spam, scraping, mass messaging, commercial solicitation, or unauthorised promotion.
We may suspend or close your account if we believe these Terms have been breached.
4. Subscriptions and Memberships
House of Stewards may offer monthly, quarterly, or other subscription plans.
Subscription benefits may include access to regular meetups, curated introductions, member-only events, community features, or other benefits stated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, regular meetups are included during your active subscription period. However, attendees are responsible for paying directly to the restaurant, café, venue, or third-party provider for any food, drinks, or personal orders made during the meetup.
Subscription benefits may vary by city, availability, event capacity, operational needs, and community activity.
We reserve the right to change, pause, replace, or discontinue subscription benefits where necessary for operational, commercial, or community reasons.
5. Subscription Billing and Cancellation
Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle selected at checkout, such as monthly or quarterly.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription through your account, member page, or other cancellation method provided by House of Stewards.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Unused benefits, missed events, unused introductions, non-attendance, or lack of usage do not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, extension, rollover, or compensation.
6. One-Off Event Tickets and Special Events
House of Stewards may offer one-off event tickets and special paid events.
The specific inclusions for each event will be stated on the relevant event details page. Depending on the event, the ticket may include different benefits, such as access to the gathering, curation, event experience, a drink, venue-related perks, or a restaurant discount.
Unless clearly stated on the event details page, food, drinks, transportation, and personal orders are not included in the ticket price.
If an event includes a restaurant discount, venue perk, or third-party offer, this is subject to the relevant venue or third party’s own terms, availability, and operation. House of Stewards is not responsible if a third-party venue changes, withdraws, refuses, or fails to honour any discount or perk.
7. Event Registration
Your place at an event is only confirmed once your registration is completed and, where applicable, payment has been successfully received.
Some events may be subject to approval, capacity limits, member status, curation, or other eligibility requirements.
House of Stewards reserves the right to approve, decline, cancel, or adjust any event registration where we consider it necessary or appropriate, including for reasons relating to capacity, curation, safety, conduct, operational needs, or community experience.
8. Curated Nature of Events
Many House of Stewards events are intentionally curated. This may include table arrangements, attendee mix, group composition, event format, conversation prompts, and other experience design decisions.
You acknowledge that curation is subjective and based on information available to us at the time.
We do not guarantee:
- Who you will meet;
- The number of attendees;
- The table mix;
- The age, gender, background, profession, personality, interests, or life stage of attendees;
- The quality, depth, or outcome of conversations;
- Any future friendship, relationship, collaboration, opportunity, or connection.
No refund, credit, transfer, or compensation will be provided because of dissatisfaction with the attendee mix, table arrangement, group composition, conversation quality, venue atmosphere, event format, food, drinks, theme, or subjective experience, provided the event substantially takes place.
9. Ticket Transfer to a Friend
For one-off event tickets and special event tickets, you may transfer your ticket to one other person if you are unable to attend, unless the event details state otherwise.
If you transfer your ticket:
- You are responsible for communicating all event details to your friend;
- Your friend must meet any event eligibility requirements;
- Your friend must comply with these Terms;
- House of Stewards is not responsible for sending additional communications, reminders, updates, or instructions to the transferred attendee;
- Only one person may attend per ticket;
- The ticket may not be split, duplicated, resold, or used by more than one person.
House of Stewards reserves the right to refuse entry if we reasonably believe a ticket has been misused, resold, duplicated, transferred inappropriately, or used in breach of these Terms.

- Mass messaging, spam, scraping, or unauthorised promotion;
- Multi-level marketing, aggressive sales, or unsolicited commercial pitching;
- Conduct that damages or may damage the reputation, safety, or experience of House of Stewards, our attendees, venues, partners, or community.
We ask all attendees to respect people across the faith journey spectrum, including those who are rooted, growing, returning, exploring, or culturally faith-based.
House of Stewards reserves the right to refuse entry, remove an attendee, suspend access, cancel registrations, terminate membership, or ban future participation where we consider behaviour inappropriate or inconsistent with these Terms.
If you are refused entry, removed, suspended, or banned due to misconduct or breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, transfer, compensation, or reimbursement.

If House of Stewards reschedules an event, attendees may either attend the rescheduled event or request a full refund if they cannot attend the new date, subject to confirming their preference within the timeframe communicated by House of Stewards.
If no response is received within the stated timeframe, House of Stewards may treat the ticket or registration as transferred to the rescheduled date.
14. Photos, Videos, and Media
Photos and videos may be taken during House of Stewards events for community, marketing, social media, archival, or promotional purposes.
